Order Quantity?
As we mainly intend to have cooperation with wholesaler and retailer, minimum order accepted is 1X20′ container, and each items at least in 2 pcs.
Price Terms?
Our prices are based on FOB Semarang Port.
Days of Delivery?
60 days for first initial/trial order after receiving deposit payment. Afterwards,2×40′ containers can be shipped every month based on regular order.
Payment Terms?
50% deposit should be wired upon order confirmation, and 50% must be paid at the time of shipment / before we send all document.
Freight Forwarder?
We will sincerely help you arranging the shipment. We are in very good cooperation with many reliable freight forwarders and shipping lines. We can get the best rate and service on this. Or, you are pleased to nominate the forwarder or shiping lines on your side.
Order Cancelation?
No refund on order cancelation.
Packing System
We use foam sheet and corrugated paper/single-face paper. We also use cardboard upon customer’s requirement with separate price for the card box.
Dependant on the need, fragile pieces will be packed with high attention either with foam sheet, corrugated paper, card box or wooden crate.
